Policies and General Information

• Pet sitting hours: pet sitting visits are conducted between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., overnight stays are from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• Holiday visits: $10 extra per visit on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.

• One working key must be provided at the time of consultation for services. If key pick up or drop off is requested after the initial consultation a charge of $10 per occurrence will apply.

• If any necessary supplies need to be purchased to provide proper care for your pet, this service can be provided for a $20 fee per trip plus the cost of the supplies. A receipt will be obtained.

• Adventure Pets Sitting requests that 24 hours notice be given for any cancelation. There are no refunds given for early returns. Cancelations made on the day of scheduled services will be charged in full.

• All pets must be currently vaccinated in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

• Client agrees to pay all charges accrued for services rendered. Payments for scheduled services are due on or before the first day of scheduled service.

• Payments: Cash, Check, and Credit Cards are accepted. Online payments are handled via PayPal. A 3.49 % handling fee will be added to any services paid for via credit card/paypal.
